Please join us each Friday at 8:30 a.m. PDT for our popular 30-minute Communi-Tea Meditation session hosted on Accompanied’s free online community.
This week, we will be led by Hanna Ghaleb Kreiner. She is an LICSW with a psychotherapy practice that sees adults. She leads mindfulness-based classes like Mindful Self-Compassion and Finding Calm. She is also a mom to 2 and an author who wrote a book called Self-Compassion Journal for First-Time Moms.
These sessions allow us to practice together in the community while learning from various meditation teachers.
