Today I’m talking about how we validate our loved ones when they are going through different tough emotions.
Many of us feel the need to say:
“But, you’re so amazing!”
“But, you have such a kind heart!”
“But, everyone loves you!”
As a quick, well-intended, response to make them feel better.
