Summer Intention Setting

If you’re like me, the summer season, though full of promise, fun, and adventure, can also be a time brimming with expectations, packed schedules, and constant organization, especially if you are a parent or caregiving figure.

Last month, I hosted an hour-long workshop on summer intention setting.

We drew upon practices like self-compassion, discernment, and insight to envision what we REALLY want for ourselves this season.

We explored the intersection of what is good for our loved ones and what is good for us, hoping that we can live more and more in a place where what is joyful for us also benefits those around us.

This session is relevant to anyone - parents of littles, working parents, grandparents, and parents of "grown and flown.”
